Curlers like to win trophies and collect badges!!

Our club has a fine selection of trophies that have been acquired over many years. the trophies we play for now are listed below with the names of the current holders. 

Inverkeithing League Winners: Duluth Rosebowl presented to the club in 1896 by James T Smith, President from 1885-1893 and Patron from 1893 until 1904.   (Phil Barton, Robert Smith, John Tibbert, George Cheyne)

Inverkeithing League Runners Up: The Donald F Clark trophy, trophy gifted to the club in 1971 by Mrs. Clark. Donald a quarry master, gave 40 years service to the club, including two terms as President.  (David Barton, Bill Galloway, Billy Brown, Ian Paxton )

Club Knockout; In 2010, the Pollock family donated Quaich in memory of Primmer Pollock, former skip, past President and long time member. Primmer represented the club at the 1979 Grand Match. (John Leitch, Fergus Shaw, Nigel Paterson, Ed Brown)

St. Margaret's League: St. Margaret's Cup first played for in 2001/2002. (Fergus Shaw, Mick Schofield, Brian Mottershaw, Colin Bruce)

Points: A handsome Curling stone gifted to the club in 1953 by Willie Black (senior) Broomhall CC. Previous winners were presented with the Deas Medal, donated by shipmaster and past President David Deas in 1843 (now the President's badge of office). (David Barton) Best non skip (Mike Skicko)

Pairs Winners: The John F Maclachlan trophy presented in 1981 by his son Alan in honour of his father, John, who served as Secretary and President of the club, and was a member of the winning rink in the British Open Curling Championship in 1958.  (Andrew Johnson, Jim Barton)

Pairs runners up: The Deanhead Dairy trophy, presented to the club in 1981 by past President John (Jock) Wilson.  (Phil Barton, Gavin Hughes)

Opening Bonspiel: The Jim Temple Memorial Rosebowl, purchased in 1994, dedicated to the memory of one of the club's most popular members, a past President, keen curler and wonderful entertainer. (Andrew Johnston, Alastair Ritchie, Mick Schofield, Mike Skicko)

Lamond and Murray Bonspiel - The Lamond and Murray Rosebowl presented to the club in 1984 to commemorate the 150th anniversary.  Directors of the company at the time were former Presidents Douglas Lamond, Tom Clarke and Alastair Lamond.  (John Leitch, Robert Smith, Ian Macdonald, Bob Forsyth )

190th Anniversary Bonspiel - the Gaglairdi Curling Stone (David Barton, Alastair Lamond, Derek Doyle)

Closing Bonspiel: Tom Clarke trophy - played for the first time in 2024 - (Alastair Lamond, Alastair Ritchie, Phil Slater, Bob Forsyth)

Presidents Prize: The Quaich presented by the President at the dinner to the club member to recognise great service and contribution to the club. (George Cheyne)
